Construction:
The Joinery Shawl is worked sideways and shaped using increases and decreases. The border is worked at the same time as the main body of the shawl. I designed the shawl to work self-striping sock yarn, specifically our Brecon Sock ‘Before the Storm’ colourway. I think our Bright Colour Wheel and Pastel Colour Wheel colourways (available on Chepstow Sock or Sherborne Sparkle) would also work well, although the stripes are shorter on these bases.
Difficulty
Suitable for a beginner. As long as you have done a little bit of Tunisian crochet before, you should be fine.
